House Rules
The Dog’s Inn has been designed to be a fun and safe space for you and your dog to relax and enjoy quality time together. Below you will find the rules of our indoor dog park and instructions on to use it appropriately.
How it works
Book your private 45 minute play session online.
You will immediately receive a confirmation email with a code to unlock the door.
(If you don’t receive your confirmation email within an hour and have checked your spam please message us on +44 07460 390719)
If you have booked more than 24hrs in advance please check the Reminder email for the most up-to-date code.
If you wish to add more dogs after booking, just send us a message and we can update your booking.
Once you arrive, key in the code at the door and the dog park is now all yours for the next 45 minutes!
Before your visit
Bookings Only – Sessions must be booked online in advance.
Dogs must be on a lead at ALL times outside of the dog park.
As there is no grass area at the dog park please try to have your dog use the loo before you arrive. There is a layby with a grass area and parking on the Moorfields road just before you turn off for The Dog’s Inn.
Encourage your dog to use the Piddle Patch near the entrance before entering. Clean up after your dog using the supplies provided. Bins are available inside & outside.
Please Arrive & Leave On Time to keep sessions running smoothly.
Max 6 Dogs – No more than 3 dogs per adult (18+), 6 total per session.
Drive Safely – The Dog’s Inn is in a working transport yard; drive slowly and carefully.
During your visit
No Exercising in the Yard – This is a busy transport area. Stay close to the building when arriving and leaving.
Close the door and safety gates behind you once inside.
If another session is in progress when you arrive, wait in your car with your dog.
Dogs and Children must be supervised at all times.
Agility equipment is for dogs ONLY—no climbing.
CCTV monitored for safety.
No smoking or alcohol.
Respect the Neighbours – Excessive barking may lead to refusal of future bookings.
If you bring a friend, you are responsible for ensuring they follow the rules.
Leave no trace Policy
We operate on a Leave No Trace Policy - so everyone has a clean park. If you don’t clean up after your dog - you will be banned from future use of The Dog’s Inn. Cleaning supplies are provided. The Dog’s Inn is CCTV monitored.
If you find a previous customer has not cleaned up after their dog, please inform us via thedogsinn.ni@gmail.com and we will refund your session on the condition that you clean up the mess.
Disclaimer
You are responsible for the actions and behaviour of your dog(s) at all times. You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s). The Dog’s Inn is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s). The Dog’s Inn is not responsible for any harm or injury caused to you or your dog(s). You are responsible for both your own and your dog(s) safety. The Dog’s Inn is not responsible for any escapees.
The Dog’s Inn holds the right to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Management have the right to refuse admission. Children and Animals must be supervised and under your control at all times. The Dog’s Inn is not responsible for any damages to you, your guests and your property/vehicles. The premises is CCTV monitored. You must abide by the speed limits (15mph) set by Moyle Business Park.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 2 days or more in advance of the appointment will receive a 100% refund or will be credited to your account if purchased using a gift voucher. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will not receive a refund as appointment times are limited.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
